Brandon and I have been on a Rocky Road ice cream trend lately. It is SO good. We realized there are some conflicting opinions however. I think that the best Rocky Road is BY FAR Breyers all natural. He likes Dreyers. Breyers has a smooth marshmallow creme instead of chunky stale marshmallows. And there are a lot more nuts in Breyers than your average rocky road (my favorite part), not only that, but they are chocolate covered. Brandon doesn't like the creme though and calls it goop. And he wishes it didn't have nuts in it at all. For something that we seemed to agree so well on, we are definitely at opposite sides of the rocky road fence.

First of all, I don't like how you put my dreyers ice cream on the bottom of the blog. And secondly, the marshmallows aren't "stale" they are just a little hard because they are frozen. But they are much better than the melted toothpaste tasting goo that is in the Breyers.
i'm with becca, rocky road or not, breyers just makes a better ice cream...too bad it's just so dang expensive!
The creamery Rocky Road is my preference. Anyone had Blue Bell Icecream? Much better than Breyers!
ok, so i'm not going to comment on icecream because, well, we are too cheap to buy either, but i will comment on how hard i laughed at the comments brandon left on my blog. its true that quinn used to leave the keys in the ignition, but he turned a new leaf in vegas and started to lock everything and not leave the keys in the car or scooter... he just didn't think that someone would actually pick up his scooter and take it. should we start worrying about our apartment next?
I like Breyers simply because it is all natural. Dreyers has too much sugary sap in it. Yes, Breyers has sugar in it too but it's 'natural' sugar...which somehow makes me feel better about eating it.
He wishes there weren't nuts in it? That's downright blasphemous! Then it would just be Road Ice Cream, right? Doesn't sound so tasty. I didn't realize that you guys were such conosseurs (sp?). Have you narrowed the search down to a Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream yet? If so... I'm interested!

I say just buy the cheaper of the two
Dreyers all the way. It's much better with real marshmallows.
