What a blessing: the hair straightener

Wow. Scary, I know. frizzy, wavy, huge. This was the best of the non-straightened hair pictures. Brandon said I looked like I was on drugs or something. I responded, good thing for hair straighteners or you wouldn't have married me. He assured me that he still would have married me but he would have wondered how I got a job at the MTC.

And so, I just want to say how thankful I am that we have straighteners, because 99% of the time I am really glad that I don't look like I am on drugs.

Yes. I agree. I love straighteners. Of course, I find this post humorous coming from the girl that doesn't like to iron her wedding dress. :o)

I echo charlottalove's comments and would like to add that I love all blogs with pictures. Recently I found out that my straightener sucks. I straighten my hair every day and yet when I use my friends people always ask me, "did you straighten your hair"? One day when I used my friends straightener I had a guy friend ask me if I had done something different with my makeup and I had told him no it was my hair that was different and he just said "no..it's not the hair". I rolled my eyes knowing very well that it was the hair and that I am going to go out today and purchase one of those expensive ones.

Wait a second...you siad that 99% of the time you are grateful that you don't look like you are on drugs? Why do you wish you looked like you are on drugs 1% of the time?

I'm not exactly sure, but it's probably when I'm in a scary part of town and I don't want to be messed with or something.
