Baby Clothes

We've been collecting baby clothes of all different sizes, some new, some used, all tiny and cute. The tricky thing is knowing when he'll actually wear them. If you look at the tags they give you a month estimate, like 0-3months or 6-9, or whatever, and occasionally include pounds, and they all look so similar. Not only that, but they are not consistent whatsoever and some items that say for 12mo, they look smaller than the 6mo? So if you ever see our little boy in clothes that look way too big or small, it's because I never figured it out. And I'm pretty sure Brandon's strategy for dressing him will be to put his hand in the clothes drawer and put on him whatever he grabs first. It could be interesting.

I totally agree with you on the baby sizes. I've seen the same thing with the clothes that we have gotten.
I can't believe that you only have 30 days!!! That is crazy. You are going to have a cute little fella before you know it. Happy Day. I can't wait to see pictures. Hope you are feeling well.

This is all so exciting! I can't believe it! I'm sure you'll figure it out...I bet you'll be a natural.

Hence if you're going out in public and Brandon has to dress him, lay it out beforehand. We have had some seriously ridiculous outfits!

I have been wondering the same thing. I've decided that clothing companies need to start sizing by weight, not age. Sophie is now 2 months old and wearing 3-6 month size clothes because she weighs 16 pounds and is very long. And yet another baby in our ward is a month older and wearing 0-3 month size. I don't think you need to worry about figuring it out - I don't think any of us really will.

Speaking of clothes, I have a bunch of 0-3 months size clothes if you need more in that size! They are all in bags for ya! (hopefully we can get this kid to grow here and I can pack up the 3-6 for you too!)
