We attended a breastfeeding class last night at the hospital which was very informational. We were curious if they could really teach us for over 2 hours, but they did, and it was interesting too. I'm a little less intimidated by breastfeeding now and determined to breastfeed longer. However, as much as Brandon would love our little baby to become an NBA star, I kind of doubt I'll be breastfeeding until he is 3 and a half like Michael Jordan's mom.

3 1/2 yrs.? I say 4 1/2 and he is garaunteed to be a champion. That extra few years will be a pleasant investment when we're living off his millions later in life. Right?
NO WAY. Sounds like all the kids Chris met down in Brazil. They'd lift their mom's shirt for a drink during discussions. Nothing like a 5 year old coming for a sip of the old breast milk to wash down his PB&J sandwich.
With a decision like this I think you need to consider "What would Dwight recommend?"
I'm glad you made the decision to breastfeed. I'm SO glad I did with Zoe and now Emmett. The first week is a little difficult, but after that is a BREEZE. I'm too lazy to get up in the night and make a bottle anyway.
