Even though it is after New Years I think our little 4 foot tree still has pretty good odds of being up for awhile. Two main reasons:
1. we don't have many decorations in our living room and 2. we only have two places to store things, our coat closet (full) and under our bed (also full)
Going off of B-rad's comment, why don't you appropriately greet the shrubbery everytime you come home by shouting NEEEE! And then make clapping noises with half coconuts and prance around on your air-horse. however, in your defense, the tree is still up at my house and at the office. Join the crowd. :o)
You should bring the tree home from your work and set it beside the tree at your house, only slightly higher so you can have a little path. A path a path!
And my comment shall be the fourth. No more, no less. Not the third unless you continue counting to the fourth and stop before the fifth. Sixth is right out. And the comment is the fourth.

I'm pretty sure the tree stayed up until March that year.
