No idea. I just threw mine in the washer. But I don't own the washer so it wasn't much of a risk. Wow - your life sounds CRAZY right now. Good luck with it all!
I second that. Just throw it in the washer. If it gets too lumpy, buy a new pillow. :)

i hear ya girl! it's so hard to watch your baby be sick and miserable. oh, and i didn't know you guys got a house! congratulations!!!
