I was talking with some friends at work about the tradition of having rings when you get married. Jim mentioned he thinks we should go with brouches instead of rings. That was a fun idea to picture. The other idea was tatoos. When you get married you get a tatoo, but that way you don't have a ring getting in your way or scatching things or people. I think out of those ideas I'm still voting to continue with rings.

i've definitely thought of using other alternatives as well, but honestly, the ring thing is just best you know? it makes the most sense...and besides how else are we non-engagee's supposed to spot eligible bachelors and bachelorettes?
